Project Description
Work involved the construction of two new classroom buildings and the renovation of a third. This job was challenging in that all three buildings had to be constructed at the same time and be completed by the beginning of the following school year. Additionally, the work was ambitious in that it involved the construction of a new library, a theater, a student union center, and several science laboratories each with their unique specifications and requirements. The variety of tasks and processes involved, made effective project management crucial to the success of this project. The Client's was so satisfied with our work, that the next 3 projects three additional school buildings were negotiated directly.
